日本帰国のご報告です。

昨夜１８時３０分、タイの自宅に帰宅しました。

18. 30 yesterday, Tadaima. I ve been back to my home in Thailand.

帰国中は毎日ＧＲＩＰケララ社の人々とお会いして、わが社の未来について熱心に語り合いました。

I met a lot of people of GRIP Kerala Co. to talk about the future of our company.

その中で、（１）一人の入会者がありました。YK(女性）さんです。東村山在住です。 as the result of our discussions, we can have a new joiner to our company. she is Y K san, lives in Higashimurayama.

（２）事務局長にYSさん（男性）にお願いしました。これまでもニュースレターの編集・発送をお願いしていました。

I asked Mr. ＹＳ to be a general-secretary. I have so far asked him to edit the newsletter, and post to our company members.

（３）会計管理をＨＵさん(女性）にお願いしました。彼女はわが社の会議の場所の変わらぬ提供者で、総会の書記を務めていただいています。 I asked Ms. HU to be an accountant.

（４）最後に、広報・宣伝部長をＹＨさん会員（女性）にお願いしました。4人のお子さんを育てつつ、大新聞社系列所属デザイナーとして活躍する超人です。

finally, I asked Ms. Y H to be an advertising-publicity manager. she has acted as a constant employee for the big newspaper design though she is bringing up four kids.

われわれの話の中心は、わが社が日本に本部事務所があることをどのように考えるか？そこから、今われわれができる活動はなんであるか？

the main topics of our discussion is how we should think that our head-quarter is in Japan. due to that, what can we do? すでに、前理事会は向こう１０年間の寄付をケララの子どもたちにしてしまって、ケララは一段落ついたことに鑑みて、実態に合わせて、活動地域を実績のあるタイに移動したらどうか？ということでした。

the former director had donated the Kerala kids for coming 10 years already. thus business had made an epoch in Kerala. therefore, we can shift the region to another region, which can be Thai where we have to some extent achieved some good things such as school.

もちろん、Keralaには息のかかった子供たちが大勢います。 だから、離れるわけではありません。ぼくは、個人的にもう一度ケララに旅をして、その子どもたちと会いたいと思っています。 of course, there live a lot of kids related GRIP Kerala in Kerala still. so, I don't mean that we would quit them. I personally would visit Kerala again to meet them.

同時に、悲しくも聞くところによると、日本に

も子供の貧困が増大しているそうです。なんとかしたいと焦る気持ちでいっぱいです。 and, I hear and feel sad that there have been an increasing number of Japanese kids who are poorer and poorer. I feel panicked of that.

これらのことは、かえってわがＧＲＩＰケララ社の精神的な存在意義がますます高まるということではありませんか？ご一緒に前進しましょう。 these events show that the spiritual significance of our GRIP Kerala will grow, don't it? let's go forward together.

PS 教え子家族もはるばる訪ねてきてくれました。３歳の男児を眺めていて、優しい気持ちになる自分がいました。
